March 2020 – Updates

Many of you have asked what my plans are now considering the current situation… as always, I am adapting. Here are some updates on my trip to India, new retreat offerings and classes.

Update on India:
I will still be travelling to India, but later in the year when things are better under control and we are all on the mend. Clearly that will change the plan to move ahead with the inaugural tour that we were planning for in Q4 2020.

Maine Retreats:
I am instead, looking at running small 2-3 day workshop retreats based here in Maine. I am currently looking at venues all around the state: mountain side yurts, lake-front camps and oceanside hotels. In an ideal world, we will be positioned to hold two or three events this year, with the first taking place in July, with the remaining in Late August/Early September or mid-October. (These dates are tentative at the time of publication.) Each retreat will be all-inclusive and include: yoga, meditation, sound healing, reiki sessions and personal journeying. The location will determine the theme for each event.

Meditation Classes:
I will be reaching out to my meditation class members individually to test an on-line class to see if it is possible. If so, I will be holding sessions a couple of times a week for people who are interested.

Reiki 1 Class:
Due to Covid-19, the Reiki 1 Class scheduled for March was postponed. As soon as we get the all clear, the class will be rescheduled, and announcements will go out.

It is my aim to provide events that are budget friendly, as I know that the current circumstances have put everyone under financial stress. It is my intent to have additional details, dates, costs, etc. by the first week in May, when we will hopefully have a better idea of what is happening

This is a difficult time for many people. We are all in new routines, which for many are unfamiliar and stressful. It is important to remember to take time for you… even 5 minutes a day makes a difference!

Message me if I can be of any assistance!
